Snoeyink Family Adoption Trip

Oct. 16: THURSDAY
5 PM: Drive to Hyatt Place Itasca
1150 N. Arlington Heights Rd.
Itasca, IL 60143 (630) 875-1400

Oct. 17: FRIDAY 
10 AM: Take cab to O’hare Airport
United Flight 895 departs at 1:15 PM, Chicago time.

Flight time: 15 hrs. 55 min.

Oct. 18: SATURDAY
Arrive in Hong Kong at 6:10 pm.
A driver is scheduled to pick us up at the airport. We have to look for a sign with our name on it. He will drive us to the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou.

Oct. 19: SUNDAY
Rest in the hotel
Meet up with Dan Wynalda

Oct. 20: MONDAY
Change money
Receive Josie at Civil Affairs office -- 2:30 pm!

Oct. 21: TUESDAY
Adoption registration and notary work at Civil Affairs office.
Afterwards, grocery shopping

Oct. 22: WEDNESDAY
Apply for Josie’s passport

Oct. 23: THURSDAY
Medical exam
Folk Arts Museum

Oct. 24 : FRIDAY
Sightseeing in Guangzhou
Nanyue King Museum

Oct. 25: SATURDAY
Six Banyan Temple
Prepare consulate paperwork

Oct. 26: SUNDAY
Pearl market, Shamian Island

Oct. 27: MONDAY
Consulate appointment -- 8:30am
Safari Zoo

Oct. 28: TUESDAY
Pick up Josie's visa.

Oct. 29: WEDNESDAY
A van driver is scheduled to pick us up at the Garden Hotel at 6:30am and drive us to the Hong Kong airport.

United Flight 862 Departs Hong Kong at 12:30 PM
Arrives in San Francisco at 9:25 AM PST

United Flight 1607 Departs SF at 11:08 AM
Arrives in Chicago at 5:28 PM

We plan to stay at Hyatt Place Itasca Wednesday PM.
